		<description>I&#039;ve been sitting at around 241-246 on the daily and need to make the sub 231 class.  Dropping 5-6 would be good - I&#039;m going to do a test run with a water loading cut towards the end of this month to see how much I can drop doing that.</description>

50g whey mid morning
Lunch is a fist of meat fist of rice, apple, maybe some yogurt
50g whey mid afternoon
Dinner is Meat and veggies
50-25g whey before bed

I usually have a free day on Saturdays after training strongman and still try to stick to basic stuff like meat and rice.  Recently swore off from eating anything served through a window irregardless of the day.

I did too much too fast and it ended up hurting me in the short term (4weeks) not having the same &quot;feel&quot; to my squat.  I know Justin will recommend the right MWOD.  Question about the Poundstone shake.  Are you going to use it in substitution for a traditional whey&amp;milk shake?</description>
