TM E-book
Texas Method E-book
All readers on 70′s Big want to get strong, and almost all of them want to get big and strong. They will use a linear progression like Starting Strength or the Greyskull LP, yet seem sort of lost as to what to do next. The Texas Method is typically recommended, yet there isn’t a clear guide on how to transition into it, how to properly progress it, how to tweak it as you advance, or how to use it for sub-goals like weightlifting and swollertrophy. Until now.

Dear Justin,
I recently purchased your ebook on the Texas Method. First of all, thank you so much. I really appreciate you clarifying many questions I had about the intricacies of the program. I ran SS and completed it going from 155 to 205lbs. Im 6’0 and hope the TM can help me along to attaining my goal of becoming 220lb because thats the weight class I want to compete at when I powerlift. I’m now currently 16 weeks into TM and the information you provided will definitely benefit me greatly.
Sincerely,
Dave

Do you ship overseas to Europe?
April 13th, 2010 at 6:58 am
Needs models. (no homo)
April 13th, 2010 at 11:22 am
How is the sizing on these shirts?
True to size, run small etc….
April 13th, 2010 at 11:35 am
Models are coming. I didn’t have access to my camera that has pictures of Chris on it last night.
They do not run small (I didn’t get American Apparel type shirts because they don’t fit big dudes very well). I’m between 225 and 230 and I wear an XL. Chris is 275 and wears XXL. I wear a L when I train.
I will be double checking the pricing for shipping overseas. I’ll get it to you one way or another.

Hell yeah I like to party. I want a XSmall hot pink shirt to wear to the club so I can show my hot abzz to the ladies whilst I’m fist pumping to the latest beats.

Got my shirts in today and they look great. They’re 2X though so Daddy got some eatin’ to do.

How can I exchange my XL for a L? The shirt is pre-shrunk so its waaaay too big for me. Would have preferred an American Apparel type or at least a heads up that they were pre-shrunk.

Hey,
From Toronto, Canada here. I’d like to order a few of those “Real men>200lbs” t-shirts. Any idea of when they will be available again?
Thanks,
Marco

Justin, I haven’t found some guidance on size of the shirts. For example M size is for a guy with 38-40 inch chest?
Click on the shirt. Scroll down. Click the size tab. That is the info available and I found it in less than 30 seconds.
