Submissions
We encourage everyone to make submissions to the website. Submission ideas include, but are not limited to:
- Questions pertaining to any 70’s Big topic for a Q&A post
- Pictures of your food
- Pictures and/or videos of your training
- Profiles of lifters that you coach
- Pictures, videos, or profiles of someone you deem worthy of being added to the 70’s Big Hall of Fame
- Applications to be included in the “70’s Big Gym Directory” (more on this later)
When you make a submission, give us at least a first name, where you are located, height/weight, and what your training goals are (additional info is welcome). If you are asking me a question about training or food, tell me what you used to weigh, what you weigh now, what your lifts used to be, and where your lifts are now. All of the above information is relevant.
Keep the resolution down on the images. I don’t enjoy having to re-size a photo, no matter how awesome it is. Unless you’re Johnny Spuke.
