		<description>What a beast. I think he&#039;s onto something when he thinks about speed on the lifts. I remember Rip&#039;s interview with Shane Hamman and they talked about how Shane always moved the weight quickly in his training. It&#039;s not obvious that adding speed to heavy squats would make you stronger in the long run, but maybe it adds a different kind of stress or something. Any thoughts guys?</description>
